Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
- Experience with IEP processes in school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery (for remote/hybrid roles)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and generate clear, actionable reports
- Develop and implement therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Create and maintain accurate progress notes and documentation per district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with parents and teachers to support student progress and generalization
