Speech Language Pathologist in Vista, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience providing SLP services in schools, including developing IEPs and conducting assessments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students on caseload
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support educational progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed to ensure comprehensive student care
