What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to CFs
- Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
Your Role:
- Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups according to IEPs
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student success
- Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and required paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and professional development
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of students from diverse backgrounds
