Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to individualized student care and professional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school policies and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities
- Offer guidance and support to teachers and classroom staff regarding students’ communication needs
