Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working in school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop rapport with children, parents, and educators
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
- Participate in meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
