Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Vista, CA

As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), you will provide direct therapy services, conduct assessments, and work closely with educators and families to promote student growth and communication success. Qualifications:
- Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist credential required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience serving school-aged children, particularly with mild to moderate needs, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress, document sessions, and communicate results
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to optimize support
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
