Key Requirements:
- Active Virginia SLP license, or eligible with pending status to be activated by August
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaboration and a willingness to engage with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement IEP-based therapy plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Work closely with classroom teachers and a multidisciplinary team to support inclusion and functional program goals
- Foster student progress through direct therapy and consultation services
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and data-driven intervention planning
