Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Pediatric experience, especially in school-based or healthcare settings, is highly valued
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Comfort engaging with students, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to elementary students
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough, timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
