Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Pediatric experience, especially in school-based or healthcare settings, is highly valued
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation
  • Comfort engaging with students, families, and interdisciplinary staff
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEPs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to elementary students
  • Monitor progress and maintain thorough, timely records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
