Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred
- Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop student plans, and track progress
- No SLPA's considered at this time
Responsibilities:
- Serve students in elementary and/or intermediate schools across varied caseloads
- Options include focusing on early-childhood/elementary caseloads or a split-site model (grades 2–8)
- Collaborate with school teams and potentially coordinate with supportive staff (SLA)
- Maintain thorough documentation and perform evaluations
- Adapt therapy to both individual and group settings
- Communicate clearly with parents, staff, and administration
