Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current (or eligibility for) state SLP licensure
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Willingness to travel between close school sites as needed
- SLPA credentials not accepted for these positions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary and intermediate students across caseloads of approximately 70–100 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain compliant documentation and track student performance
- Option to work primarily with developmental preschoolers and young elementary grades, or with a split caseload spanning grades 2–8 across nearby campuses
- Access SLA support pending licensure and assignment
