School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Upper Marlboro, Maryland

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy, ensuring students receive personalized support
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams for holistic student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school guidelines
Desired Background & Credentials:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain certification
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their educational experience
