School Speech Language Pathologist - North East, Maryland

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Commitment to student-centered therapy and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy for students with varied needs across a diverse caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations of students
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to optimize the learning environment
- Lead group and individual therapy sessions aligned with student goals
- Maintain accurate records and schedule therapy sessions within a 35-hour work week
