- Licensed as an SLP in the state of West Virginia
- Experience within school-based settings, especially supporting early childhood (PK-3) populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Must be able to provide in-person services; not accepting teletherapy applicants
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as assigned
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups, primarily in PK-3 classrooms
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, attendance, and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure cohesive support and generalization of skills in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and interventions
