Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
- Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and a skilled team including lead therapists and AAC specialists
- Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
