Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in a school-based SLP setting, preferably with middle or secondary students
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and deliver therapy in both group and individual formats
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in alignment with their education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Track progress, maintain compliant records, and participate in IEP meetings
