ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve as an SLP Supervisor in a school-based setting near Glendale, Arizona. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead, supervise, and support speech-language services across a PK–12 caseload, including self-contained classrooms. This position is ideal for an SLP with leadership experience looking to grow in clinical supervision, program development, and school-based speech services.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- School-based schedule aligned with district calendar
- 2026–2027 school year assignment
- On-site position within a school district
Position Details:
- Caseload of approximately 99 students with oversight responsibilities
- Supervision of 2 additional SLP staff members (shared caseload model)
- Leadership role supporting program development and service delivery
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and school staff
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of school-based speech services and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
