Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current SLP license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required; CFY candidates may be considered
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect SLP services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support and promote student development
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, adaptable to varying student requirements
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and legal documentation standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
