- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with the K–12 population in school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Proficiency with diverse assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver targeted therapy through group and one-on-one sessions
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Liaise with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders
- Support broader school initiatives related to student well-being and achievement
