Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Valid SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain in CT)
- Experience providing services in school settings to PK-elementary students
- Knowledge of IEP process, student evaluation, and PPTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work two days per week from 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Deliver direct therapy services to high-functioning PK-Elementary students
- Collaborate with a full-time SLP to split service minutes and maintain consistency of care
- Manage evaluations and participate in Planning and Placement Teams (PPTs)
- Support student goals and maintain documentation as required
