School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Trail City, South Dakota

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for school settings
- Previous experience working in schools or with K-12 populations preferred
- Competence in developing, writing, and implementing IEPs
- Passion for supporting students’ speech and language development
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a variety of K-12 students
- Assess and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Develop, write, and revise IEPs in alignment with federal and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design individualized support
- Maintain data and documentation required for compliance
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
- NO teletherapy/VOCO responsibilities—your impact is hands-on and in-person
