Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong communication, collaboration, and case management abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students with diverse backgrounds
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Support students’ inclusion in general and special education environments
