Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure, including ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience within a school setting is valued, but not required
- Demonstrated strength in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Provide both individual and group therapy in collaboration with educators and other related service staff
- Document student progress and maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with school and professional standards
- Engage in IEP meetings, contributing expertise as a vital team member
- Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and families while serving as a resource to staff
