Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise SLPA staff members, fostering skill development and ensuring quality standards
  • Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Lead and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to develop student success plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Act as a consultative expert—these roles do not include the provision of direct therapy

With this full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, you’ll join an engaged interdisciplinary team and help shape a supportive educational atmosphere.
