Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
- Proficiency with speech-language evaluations and assessment tools
- Strong communication skills to facilitate ARD meetings
- Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards in schools
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision for assigned SLPAs across designated campuses
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Lead and facilitate ARD meetings, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Act as a subject matter expert in speech-language pathology, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Serve students across multiple campuses, adapting to their individual needs and making a positive difference
