Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • School-based experience preferred, especially with K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and staff
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within school settings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies and compliance standards
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Offer guidance and resources to caregivers and educators to support student growth
