Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Tinley Park, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL)
- Previous experience or clinical background in pediatric and/or school-based SLP
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for serving diverse student populations and ages
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to students PreK-8
- Maintain and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
