School Speech Language Pathologist - Tiffin, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Ohio SLP license (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Compassion for working with children from diverse backgrounds
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Conduct assessments and document student progress
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
- Work a consistent weekday schedule: 7:30–2:50 or 8:20–3:50, depending on location
