What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving young learners
- Ability to travel between two assigned school sites within the day
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Attend IEP meetings and communicate progress with families and staff
- Provide therapy in a structured and compassionate manner, adapting sessions as needed
