Speech Language Pathologist in Fostoria, OH

Two contract SLP positions are available for the upcoming school year, working full time with elementary caseloads in the Mansfield city region. These roles are ideal for professionals committed to fostering language and communication development in school-aged children.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure required, with CCC credentials preferred
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric therapy
- Strong understanding of evaluation, intervention, and IEP development for elementary students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to travel within Mansfield city area
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary school caseload, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with other educational professionals
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation for student progress
- Contribute to a supportive, engaging educational environment
Schedule Details:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Assignment runs from August 17 to June 3
- Shift times: Option 1: 7:30 am – 2:50 pm or Option 2: 8:20 am – 3:50 pm, each at a single school location
