We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract positions in the Mansfield area, working closely with elementary students for the upcoming school year. Key Details:
- 2 full-time positions available
- Contract dates: August 17 – June 3
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Hours: 7:30am–2:50pm at one site; 8:20am–3:50pm at another, both within the Mansfield city region
- Elementary school caseload, collaborating with teachers and families
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology), or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Comfortable managing an elementary student caseload
- Ability to work independently, while communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to children
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain timely and accurate records for student progress and compliance
- Partner with educational staff and parents to support student communication goals
- Participate in school meetings and problem-solving teams as required
