Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with the educational team, families, and relevant service providers
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and ongoing professional development
