Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students (PreK–5) in accordance with IEP goals and monthly service hour requirements
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress effectively
- Maintain open and proactive communication with school-based teams, caregivers, and support staff
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings and support school initiatives
- Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate student needs and diverse learning environments
- Manage a streamlined caseload for targeted intervention (approx. 60 service hours/month)
