As an SLP-CCC, you’ll collaborate closely with educational staff to deliver vital services, meeting approximately 60 service hours each month. While onsite support is preferred to foster direct connections with students, qualified remote (VOCO) candidates will also be considered. You’ll have the flexibility and challenge of working 35 hours per week in a supportive school environment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Maryland SLP license in good standing (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Relevant school-based SLP experience within Maryland preferred
- Experience with elementary-aged populations, including PreK-5th
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student communication needs
- Administer assessments, document progress, and maintain compliance with IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services in both group and individual settings
