Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current Maryland SLP license required
- Previous experience within Maryland schools strongly preferred
- Comfort and familiarity with both onsite and virtual (VOCO/teletherapy) service delivery models
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments, provide diagnostics, and write detailed evaluation reports
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to school and state compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
- Adapt services as needed to meet both onsite and remote requirements
