Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tacoma, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP License for Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Design, implement, and update individual treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation
- Consult with teachers and families to promote students' overall development
- Adapt therapy methods to align with educational and developmental needs
