Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP License for Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Design, implement, and update individual treatment plans based on student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation
  • Consult with teachers and families to promote students' overall development
  • Adapt therapy methods to align with educational and developmental needs
