Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Thousand Oaks, California

We’re searching for passionate SLPs and one SLPA to support students in a dynamic school setting located near Thousand Oaks, CA. With multiple full-time positions available now and for the upcoming school year, you’ll have the chance to start immediately and work through June 17, 2026—and schools have a strong track record of renewing contracts.
As a team member, you’ll benefit from collaborating closely with another experienced SLP on-site. Support up to 50 incredible students, working across one or two friendly school campuses. Whether you’re an SLP-CCC, CFY, or a licensed SLPA, your dedication to pediatric speech-language therapy and school-based services will be highly valued. We welcome experience in teletherapy, healthcare, and working with diverse caseloads.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA license in California
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
• Comfortable managing caseloads up to 50 students
• Skilled in teletherapy (a plus)
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Passion for helping students thrive academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language therapy to eligible students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs
• Document progress and maintain records
• Consult with other SLPs and support staff on-site
• Participate in virtual interviews via Google Meet
