Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics strongly preferred
- Familiarity working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat elementary students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records, document sessions, and monitor student growth
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Share expertise through participation in meetings and professional development as needed
