Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in California (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable managing a diverse elementary caseload with mild to moderate needs
- Collaborative approach with teachers, families, and other service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
