Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Ramona, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- California SLP licensure or eligibility required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with addressing mild to moderate disabilities in a school context
- Experience with IEPs and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and consultation services to approximately 55 elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal-setting
- Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school and legal standards
- Support teachers and staff with resources and in-service trainings as needed
- Engage with families regarding student growth and at-home strategies
