Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Thousand Oaks, CA

Your specialized skills in pediatric speech therapy, including experience with teletherapy and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision, will serve a diverse caseload. Working with students across a variety of age groups, you’ll have the chance to deliver evidence-based interventions that help children communicate and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP Licensure required
- Demonstrated background in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and emerging technologies preferred
- Familiarity with a range of disorders—articulation, language, fluency, social/pragmatic, and AAC
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to support, mentor, or supervise CFY candidates is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for a student caseload
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, on-site and/or remotely
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to supportive learning environments
