Caseload Information
- Student population includes PreK and grades 4–12
- Caseload of approximately 35–40 students
- Opportunities to work across multiple grade levels and educational settings
- Collaborative support from special education teams and school staff
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete comprehensive assessment reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Manage assigned caseloads and ensure timely service delivery
- Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
- Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal special education regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina NCDPI Speech-Language Pathology License (verification required)
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience using ECATS is required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

- Estimated Pay: $32–$38+ per hour
