We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school team in Chesterfield, SC for the upcoming school year. This full-time SLP position offers the opportunity to work with a K–12 student population, supporting students’ communication, language development, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for South Carolina SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
