Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC or CFY candidates considered; school-based experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for serving children in elementary and middle school, with an ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
- Experience completing assessments, creating IEPs, and monitoring student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students onsite in both elementary and middle school settings
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments as required
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive school team environment
