Key Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP credential required
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable with PreK–6th grade caseload
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in-person (on average, one day per week; may vary based on evaluation needs) or fully remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for students in four self-contained classrooms, supporting a range of needs across PK–6th grade
- Conduct comprehensive in-person or virtual evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and educational staff
- Share supervisory responsibilities for two SLPAs, splitting the caseload as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Adapt to varying in-person evaluation schedules depending on caseload needs
