What Will Set You Apart:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
- School-based SLP experience, especially with PK-6th grade, is highly desirable
- Prior supervisory experience valued, though not essential
- Experience collaborating across classroom and support teams
- Comfortable working flexibly between in-person and virtual service delivery
- Adept at managing or splitting caseloads and providing SLP-A supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations, both in-person and virtually as required
- Deliver therapy and support to students in four self-contained classrooms, focusing on effective communication and academic progress
- Oversee and mentor up to two SLPAs, sharing caseload responsibilities and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions and document student progress
- Maintain clear, detailed case notes and adhere to all compliance requirements
