Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Temecula, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active SLP license (state-specific) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Skilled in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to educational success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Conduct therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to address student needs and facilitate carryover into the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Stay current on best practices and industry standards through ongoing professional development
