Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a wide range of communication disorders
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement IEPs/goals tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, during school hours
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
- Provide support and guidance to school staff regarding communication and language needs in the classroom
