Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

What you bring:
- Current Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing services—or a California credential for a Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Relevant experience in school-based speech-language therapy preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
- Maintain timely, accurate records and progress reports
