A Speech Language Pathologist is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for students in Naples, FL. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver virtual direct speech services while supporting students across a range of ages from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech therapy services via teletherapy to K-12 students
- Completing Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation accurately and on time
- Attending virtual IEP meetings to collaborate on student progress and goals
- Managing caseloads spanning multiple schools within specified regions of Naples
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and credentialing requirements
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist licensure
- Previous successful completion of similar teletherapy assignments preferred
- Familiarity with virtual speech services platforms and tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills for virtual meetings
- Ability to work up to 35 hours per week, full-time or part-time availability
Additional information:
- Contract duration runs from mid-August through late May
- Fingerprint clearance is required; previous prints through Florida’s AHCA Clearinghouse may be valid
- Upon clearance, a JLA badge application will be necessary (up to 10 business days processing)
