Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Work From Home | Nevada
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide telepractice and direct speech therapy services within a school setting. This role focuses on supporting pediatric students with communication disorders through individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring. The position involves working an estimated 10-15 hours per week with a caseload that may evolve as the campus establishes its programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth and in-person speech-language therapy services to students
- Assess and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Nevada
- Nevada Educator Certification required
- Experience working with pediatric clients in schools or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is beneficial
- Knowledge of telespeech (telepractice speech therapy) and confidence in remote service delivery
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience is an advantage
Location and Duration:
- Based in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Contract position starting ASAP
- Initial contract through December 18, 2026, with potential for extension into the next semester
