About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to K–12 students across Nevada for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students achieve communication success while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs.
- Provide engaging virtual speech-language therapy services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Nevada Department of Education certification or ability to obtain required credentials.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Comfortable providing services through teletherapy platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
