Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Colorado
This contract opportunity in Aurora, CO, offers a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role specializing in telespeech and teletherapy for a school setting. Key responsibilities include supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), managing both direct and indirect supervision tasks, overseeing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and preparing progress reports for students on the caseload. The assignment focuses on service delivery to birth through 21-year-old students and does not involve assignment to specific schools but rather supervisory duties.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited institution
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) Certification
- Valid Colorado SLP License, acceptable titles include Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for birth through 21 age range
- Eligibility to complete district-mandated background check and fingerprinting
